These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in the Cast & Crew Miami Vice MV41 Annual Reunion. By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the events, you agree to abide by the following TERMS LISTED BELOW AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Tickets for the Events can only be purchased through our official website. You cannot access any event venues associated with the MV41 Annual Reunion unless you have purchased a 2025: Series Regular, Recurring Character, Guest Star or Series Extra Package from our website: www.MiamiViceEvents.com or at the event gate located inside the venue. Tickets for other events or similar Miami Vice functions will not be accepted or admitted.
Each individual VIP Ticketholder is entitled to: (1) 10% Discount off admission to a Cast & Crew Dinner or Brunch of their choosing subject to availability. (If you purchased a Series Regular Package which includes (2) VIP tickets then each of those tickets entitles you to (1) 10% discount for each ticket.) This discount is available for (1) single dinner or brunch subject to availability. VIP ticketholders will receive VIP seating. Invitations to the Opening Night Cocktail Ceremony at the Miami Vice Museum with VIPs and Invited Talent. VIP Ticketholders are also entitled to a 5% discount off MV41 guided walking/bus tours. VIP ticketholders are also entitled to an express admission line for the Miami Vice Museum while it is open to the public from September 9-14, 2025. As well as a VIP line during the autograph opportunities experiences subject to change.
All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, weather conditions, actor cancellations or event cancellations.
While we make every effort to ensure the attendance of all advertised talent, all appearances are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to scheduling conflicts, illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the lineup is subject to change and that the absence of any specific individual(s) from the event does not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.
We are unable to offer refunds in the event that any advertised or expected talent is unable to appear, regardless of the reason. Life is unpredictable, and while we do everything possible to deliver the full experience as promoted, circumstances may arise that are outside of our ability to prevent or remedy. Your ticket grants you access to the overall event experience, and not to the guaranteed appearance of any individual talent.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen credentials/tickets. Please keep your credentials/tickets in a safe place on your person.
A valid 2025 VIP credentials badge is required for entry to all VIP Events. Please wear your credentials at all times! In addition your valid ticket for Cast & Crew Dinners, Museum or Tour Opportunities must be shown for admission.
Some Events may have age restrictions such as the VIP opening night reception. Please check the specific event details before purchasing tickets.
You will be required to show a valid Government ID to obtain your event credentials and gain entry to certain events. Credential badges must be worn at ALL TIMES on display. Failure to do so could result in event security asking for you to display your credentials and if you are unable to you may be escorted from the venue or activation site until you can produce them. Credentials are non transferrable if you make an attempt to transfer your credentials to another individual your credentials may be revoked and you may be escorted from the venue by Miami Dade Police or event staff operating on behalf of the event.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund and credentials may be confiscated.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed at the events. Security reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings at all venues.
Photography and Recording: Unauthorized photography, video recording, or live streaming of the Events is prohibited inside the Miami Vice Museum and photo requests will not be honored at the dinner’s/brunches with the cast and crew. NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR ELECTRONIC RECORDING OF ANY KIND OF CAST MEMBERS DURING DINNER/BRUNCH SEATINGS.
Florida is a constitutional concealed carry state, which means you are within your legal rights to carry a firearm in accordance with state law. However, please note that certain venues and events during our program—such as those held at bars or establishments that serve alcohol like nightclubs—are legally restricted areas where firearms are not permitted by law.
Additionally, all participating venues in our event are private properties and they reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at their discretion. This includes enforcing their own policies regarding firearms, regardless of state law.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees while of course respecting constitutional carry laws and the right to bear arms.
By participating in the Events, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss.
Limitation of Liability: The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the events. In addition, by participating in any/all events attendees agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event producers and any organizations working in conjunction with or on the behalf of the Cast & Crew Miami Vice MV41 Annual Reunion from any and all liability.
The organizers reserve the right to modify any Event at their discretion. In the event of a cancellation or talent cancellation, we will attempt to reschedule as possible but are at the discretion of each individual talent’s schedules.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event-related purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
